Kosta Outlet
Yesterday we went to Kosta Outlet to look for a summer jacket for Lukas. We really had a nice time on this little trip. On the way back we went to Ikea in Kalmar where Lukas got to eat his first child menu: Ikea meatballs! He didn’t like the potatoes, but eat all his meatballs and some of dad’s as well.

Sourdough
My first successful sourdough bread!
After several problems with the sourdough starter and the oven temperatures I finally managed to bake an eatable sourdough bread! I’ve to admit that I used a small amount of traditional yeast as well, but hopefully I’ll be able to succeed without yeast soon.
The family reaction: why didn’t you bake more then one loaf of bread?
Growing up

The last weeks Lukas has shown us he’s getting to big for an infant bed… When wanting to get out of his bed, he already puts his foot on top of the bar. To avoid him figuring out how to actually climb over the bar and hurt himself, it felt like time to rebuild his bed into a toddler bed.
Yesterday while rebuilding the bed it really felt like Lukas is growing up way to fast… But Lukas didn’t seem to be to impressed by it. Until we were almost done and he started to proudly climb up and down the bed by himself.
The first night in his newly build bed went fine. It only took a short time before he fell asleep and we only found him once on the mattress we put below the bed. But today’s afternoon rest isn’t working out the way it’s supposed to… He’s tired and wants to sleep, but instead it sounds like he’s playing in his room.
