The stairs
Today it was time to test the new stair gate for the first time. From now on we don’t have to chaise Lukas when he is on his way to climb the stairs. Lukas didn’t really seem to like the new gate very much. Especially a few hours later when mom went up stairs and closed the gate behind her…
First birthday present!
Grandma is not able to come to Sweden to celebrate Lukas’ first birthday, so she decided to mail Lukas’ present and this morning a huge package was delivered. After calling grandma to report the delivery, Lukas got to open his first birthday present: a box with 60 big wooden blocks.

Registration plate
I’ve been looking for a way to fit a normal sized name plate to Lukas’ Bobby Car, but instead we found a small plate that fits perfect. So now Lukas’ car has a registration plate!
Now it’s spring!
The crocuses in the garden have sprung into bloom and the trees are starting to bud. Spring is finally here!
With such perfect spring weather we just had to try out the barbecue for the first time this year. Lukas got to sit in his stroller observing what barbecuing is all about…
